AWARD WINNING Heartlands Emotional Literacy cards are a therapeutic tool to help clients to connect to & express their emotions in ther own narrative. They are 44 simple symbolic images that connect to our deeper self. They were designed & created by me, Lynnette Hart, in 2005, a former NHS counsellor. They are in use by counsellors, psychotherapists, mental health workers & support workers in many public, social & voluntary settings.
The cards come with a simple 'how to work' leaflet. The beauty of these cards is that there is NO SUGGESTED EMOTIONS on the images & the client is completely in control of their own narrative & experience. I do have a masterclass video on You Tube on the link below.
